In Case of Quality Issue Product received at customer end: Replacement/Exchange

At the event of product/products got Quality issues shall be subject to refund in Pansari Direct Wallet or exchange at free of cost upon documents submitted 5 days of delivery of the order. The customer can raise a complaint and share the supporting images and receipt or invoice issued at the time of delivery with customer care team to substantiate their claim. Upon received the supporting documents Replacement/exchange process will initiate by our team after original products picked up by logistics partner and Pansari will share the communication related to their replacement delivery over WhatsApp/text SMS timely basis.

In Case of Wrong, Damage Product received at customer end: Replacement/Exchange

At the event of product/products found to be physically damaged, defective, different from the description on the detail page shall be subject to refund in Pansari Direct Wallet or exchange upon documents submitted 24 hours of delivery of the order. The customer can raise a complaint and share the supporting images and receipt or invoice issued at the time of delivery with customer care team to substantiate their claim. Upon received the supporting documents Replacement/exchange process will initiate by our team after original products picked up by logistics partner and Pansari will share the communication related to their replacement delivery over WhatsApp/text SMS timely basis.

In case of Missing Product received at customer end.

At the event of product/products found to be missing from the description on the detail page shall be subject to refund in Pansari Direct Wallet or exchange upon documents submitted 24 hours of delivery of the order. The customer can raise a complaint and share the supporting images and receipt or invoice issued at the time of delivery with customer care team to substantiate their claim.

Upon received the supporting documents Replacement/exchange process will initiate by our team after original products picked up by logistics partner and Pansari will share the communication related to their replacement delivery over WhatsApp/text SMS timely basis.

Refund:

  1. Refund will be happened only via Pansari direct Cash wallet.
  2. Refunds via Pansari direct cash wallet can be redeemed on next purchase of Pansari direct.

Cancellation policy

An order once placed and confirmed by the user is not entitled to be cancelled after order dispatched from Pansari Warehouse.
